The Ministry
The ministry and body of ministerial representatives advances the government of the Church of Canada missions, services, and priorities. It is the body responsible for the central administration of the Church. The Pastoral Charge ministers with responsibilities in and over a city/towns, serves as key representatives of the Church and linkage in that city/town, constituency and between the bishop of the province.
The Judicial Branch of the Church is a series of independent appellate courts that listen and passed judgements on all matters of appeals, faculties, congregations and religious official grievances, and further interpret the laws and canons, orders and regulations of the Church of Canada.
Branches of the Ecclesiastical Polity
The ecclesiastical polity or government of the Church of Canada consist of these distinct Branches:
1. The Jurisprudence Council
2. The College and Senate of Bishops
3. The Legislative Council
4. The Judicial Branch
While each one has separate powers and responsibilities, they work together to govern the affairs of the church.
Provinces of the Church of Canada
The Church of Canada have (8) eight provinces, with (10) ten administrative regions and missions globally. The provinces are in alphabetical order: Alberta, East Java Indonesia, Jamaica, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, St Lucia and Quebec. The administrative regions and missions are Albania, the Caribbean Seas, Grenada, India, Korea, Netherlands, Nigeria, South Africa, the Philippines and the United States of America.
The bishop is the head of the province or administrative regions and chief of provincial missions with decision-making powers being granted to the province or administrative regions.

The senior minister/priest is head of the pastoral changes or city/township with decision-making powers being granted to the pastoral charge to act as ex officio head of local missions and represent the Church of Canada at official functions.
